Ordered an item sometime in November and immediately the payment has been processed. However, until now the item has not been delivered. The merchant does not provide any update on the product delivery status thus, you needed to be persistent in doing follow-ups. Sadly, all you will get is a moving estimated arrival date. Mine was week of Christmas then New Year and now after Chinese New Year. Do take note "ESTIMATED". They are not sure if the product can be delivered or not but they REFUSE to cancel/refund the payment as according to them the order has already been processed.

I hope authorities from Singapore will help look into this merchant as there had been similar complaints of taking payment but not delivering the goods against this merchant.

    Please rest assured that we have feedback this to the management, and we are doing the best to improve the delivery time frame.

    Our delivery time frame is usually between 1 to 4 weeks after the campaign has ended. But however, due to several unforeseen factors including but not limited to (delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters' strike, delay in receiving products from brand partners etc.), which resulted in delay shipping.

    Our warehouse will also expedite the order should any of the above scenarios happened.
