I was approached by an individual at a shopping center selling magazine & book subscriptions through Encore Inc. I purchased 2 children books subscriptions both at one year each. The individual stayed I could take me receipt to a Barnes & Noble bookstore for a full refund. I left the store heading home I called the closest Barnes and noble and they stated they did not do out of store magazine/book subscription transactions. Worried I went back to the store to find this person but they were not there anymore. I'm stuck in this dilemma. Looking at my receipt it was not filled out properly on behalf of the individual . I would like a full refund.
