Charged my Credit Card on 12/25/2013 for the amount of $9.95. I went back into statements and found previous charges to RMC Gourmet Cooking..
There are other charges to JBEI Gourmet Reward.
All the above are in California according to the credit card statement
All Charged different Amounts.
When calling the phone number for MBM voice message states their days and hours of operation in the Central Time Zone.
I reached the company somewhere the confusion came in when placing the original order on line. What I did not understand was the free (I thought) items shipped are not free. They charged a dollar for each item enclosed in the shipment for 30 or 60 days then if you keep the items you are charged in full. One of the items in my shipment was broken and I asked for a replacement of the broken only. I was sent a complete new set, and they charged me for it. MBM is charging a monthly fee for access to their internet promotions. There is a charge for the rewards program. The charges above are legitment according to my customer service person.
