I ordered the $4.95 sample which I did not receive. First my card was charged multiple times and also multiple charges for other products that I did not order. With fraud alert on my card I was able to block all but 1 of those charges. Then the recurring charges on my card began. First $93, then $99.95. But because the first $4.95 charge made it through on my card I wasn't able to block theses. Eventually received product but there wasn't an invoice included. No way to contact company. Eventually got contact info through my bank when I disputed the charges, the bank told me the company is in Scotland. When I called the person I spoke with was extremely rude and I had to argue with him to get my "account" cancelled. I don't know if that actually happened, I will have to wait and see if additional charges are made to my account.
