Ordered a free trial of Equinox Day & Night Serum from Sheridan Lab and authorized a charge of 2.95 for shipping, the product was free, just pay shipping. Product arrived before my credit card bill. When bill arrived there was a $2.95 charge, which was what I authorized to be billed for shipping. In the Description area of the bill it says: ANTI AGING SERUM then the # 18556807889 GB? Have no clue what that is. Next to the unidentifiable # was the $2.95 which I did authorize, BUT then on the next Described charge it said:
Subject to Foreign Fee $3.97. The box the serum was shipped in had a return address of:
2661 E. Ave S, Suite G100
Palmdale, CA 93550
Last time I checked CA was in the United States, right? Nothing Foreign about CA.
On the back of the product box the Mfg Co. is:
Sheridan Lab 1285 Baring Blvd. 297 Sparks, NV 89434.
Nevada is a USA state also, nothing foreign about it. I live in the US, so it wasn't shipped to a foreign address either.
On the same statement was another charge for $93.00 same description for product & 2 Subject to Foreign Fees in the amount of $99.00 and $5.95.
Mid Jan. Statement arrives and there's a total chg of $105.95?
How does this impact me personally? It really adds up to more than just unauthorized charges, it's this kind of stuff leaking through the USA security, even after we were all told the USA security is on high alert time and time again after 911, looks like there's a lot more wool being pulled over USA citizens eyes, really terrifying, super sad. It's illegal to charge a person for something they didn't authorize or get. What's your experience with this Magic wrinkle reducer serum? It caused me more wrinkles b /c of the outrageous charges + it didn't do a thing for wrinkles or fine line aging. The product isn't even worth the $2.95 that was paid for shipping. Stick with Neutrogena ladies, it's excellent and delivers what it promises! Plus you walk out of the store knowing you paid all you have to pay, unlike this Infomercial Co. Don't order this product. BEWARE!
