I applied for online pay advances. The next thing I know, I was contacted by this company. They said that i could get approved for a $10,000. I was desperate. I should have followed my instinct and intelligence. I purchased the onevanillacard prepaid visa. The company claims to be affiliated with the visa card company. Well, like others reported, I was told that there is a red flag by the government and funds are frozen. So, the scammers wanted me to pay another $500 to get the red flag off. The sad part about this is I knew this was a scam and I still tried it. Shame on me! Do not make this desperate and dumb decision.
