Thought I was buying a cookbook for 3.95. Added two others for a $1 each. Never received a confirmation so I called and cancelled order. I was told that the order was cancelled. They sent the books anyway with no paperwork at all. I then started getting monthly charges for $19.95 and $9.95. When i called to complain the woman said that i signed up for some sort of subscription and was required to return the books within 90 days....yet there was no return documents included. This place is a TOTAL SCAM. They know all the loop holes. Stay away from RMC/Gourmet Cooking, JBEI and PS/Gourmet Cooking. TOTAL CROOKS!!!!!
