Was contacted by phone by this scam artist group after applying for a payday loan online. I wasn't until I rejected their offer that the " Approval Officer" said they were going to charge me a "membership fee" anyway even though I flat out rejected any such membership. Am in the process of attempting to get back the charge through my credit union (and the overdraft fees it caused)
