39.99 gbp was taken from my account and now pending.i tried to contact them to speak to someone about this as I thought this would only be taken as a verification purpose if my loan was authorised, but I was told on the automated servise that I was 20th in the queue and would need to wait 38mins to speak to someone.i dont have the money to spend 38mins on hold, only to probably hung up on as I reached the top of the queue.
I no longer trust putting any details of mine towards these so called experts......expert thieves!
Make sure, loanzoo, that if you intend to rip us people off, that you do so in BIG BOLD writing.
Not a happy bunny and I want my 39.99 back please as I have a young toddler to look after and bills to pay!!
