SCAM!!! my daughter in Puyallup, WA received a call from Justin Black and George William regarding a government grant for low income families asking her to purchase a Greenback card from Walmart and put $240 on it and then call them back at this number (202)391-0953 with a confirmation code and then they would transfer $8,400 to her account. It sounds like a total scam to me, so I told her not to do anything. Just putting this out there in case anyone else gets hit by this
