NEVER AGAIN! I tried to order flowers to be delivered for a funeral on the 7th of February locally, since the town is so small there are no florists that deliver. I went online to Flower Delivery Express (NEVER AGAIN there either). They stated they use local business. LIES! Berry is in Michigan. I wanted my flowers sent in Alabama! No flowers ever arrived and today is the 10th. Waiting for a call back, but not holding my breath, as I was on hold for 30 minutes. I think I'll just call Discover and get my $$ back.
