I ordered FREE Equinox day and night serum, the company took postage and packaging of £4.95 on 27 Jan. 2014. Then took another £95.00 from my bank account without my knowledge. I reported this to my bank who investigated and found another site with details saying if not cancelled within 14 days they will take $99. If not stopped will continue taking $99. I have asked my bank not to pay any money to them and have tried 3 times to contact this company who do not respond. BEWARE!!
Update: 02/21/2014
I have now sent 7 Emails to this company and they have not replied but they have emailed me to say they have sent more product which among other things in my emails I told them I did not want.
