back in may of 2012, i was in the market for a payday loan, was turned down by everyone so i gave up. about a week later, i check the balance of my account anticipating my pay from work, and up popped this name hydra fund. well, I called the bank, and asked them if they knew who hydra fund was, they looked it up and told me they were a finance company. so, i asked the rep if there was a contact number, the obliged and gave me the number, so they then asked me if I would like to freeze all my funds until this is resolved, i said yes. so i decided to call them and got the run around, I then told them I would pay the money back then they hung up on me. so I tried sending the money, it kept declining payment. i got a bill in the mail for the 250.00, plus they hit me with an interest rate of 758%!!!!!!! really! so, 758%x250.00= 18,950.00 I emmediately called the bank, closed that account as they were using my bank accounts like an atm at this point,and signed papers for fraud. the only thing that happened after that was threatening phone calls. so i called the florida state distric attorny and there is a case there, but there are lawyers who are too chickenshit to take the case on.

my advice..., no matter how broke you are, DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY PAYDAY LOANS!!! and if youre a victim, close your accounts.
