I received a phone call on 02/20/14 stating that this is an attempt to collect a debt and gave me a time frame to call back otherwise i will be subpeoned to court on bank/check fraud charges from irs litigations stating that i owed money on a payday loan. The man I spoke with was rude and was unwilling to give me any information on the loan including the exact loan date and where it came from.He was really quick to say that since I won't settle that he will send out the court documents. When I went to the BBB and ripoff report and scam book they all have over 200 complaints against. If anyone calls you saying any of the above without trying to give you information hang up!
