Unsolicited e-questionaire provided phone number.
Phone call offered subscription to magazine (£79.99 pa) and free fuel vouchers, asked for initial £1 payment (needed credit card), and indicated 14 days to cancel. No vouchers arrived but claim for payment made 14 days later. Bank declined payment. Phone call to company indicated 'too late to cancel'. Letter now going to company as I can find no internet address. We accept our error in responding to unsolicited questionaire and phone call but there are health reasons why this happened.

- I unfortunately have fallen foul of this company to the tune of £79.99. Although I cancelled (two days after initial 14 days - day I received promised magazine - could the leaflet I received be called a magazine) they took monies 3 months later. Won't refund same. Very big scam indeed.
