I started trading on EURO/US$ with Amber Options since 02/04/2014.
On 02/06/2014 I found out that this company was manipulating the trading results.
Even though I sent them specific transaction details. They went about beating the bush blaming it on the operating system and the network speed and that they did not develop it and they are not responsible.
In the mean time I cancelled my order with Amber Options and tried to recover all the money that I invested.

Here is the last mail I sent on 02/25/2014 and no reply yet.

Now read the following extract from your page:

Tell me, who developed your execution modules? A fisherman from Gibraltar? Or a chimney sweep from London Town?

Now, when I signed up, I also agreed to a monthly payment of US$77.00.
I instructed my bankers to stop payment to Amber Options and Clicksure but this time, even before the month is over, they debited my Account (US#77.00) through a Chinese agent by the name of PES'ESTORE PRO'.

I believe this company has offices in various cities and I picked up the following telephone numbers from their website.

I do have all the transaction records and the correspondences with this company.

Here is the particular transaction that caught my interest:

As per transaction # 50849 above, I invested US$50.00 in asset EUR/USD on 06/02/2014 at 15:24:28. My trading indicated the EUR rate shall be above 1.36039 at the expiry time of 15:30:00 (GMT) on 06/02/2014.
The expiry rate indicated in this transaction is 1.36036 at the expiry time. therefore I lost.
However, they also have a real time graphical display tracing the rise & fall of the rate. Since I was loosing every time, I closely observed the graphical display at 15:30:00 and it indicated the expiry rate as 1.36042.
Clear 3 points above my prediction and not 3 points below as per result.

Again, during every transaction, just at the time of expiry, the graphical and digital displays go blank for about 3 seconds. Nothing can be seen.
They claim to be transparent but I do not see any transparency here.

Please help me in getting my money back.
$4.97+$250.00+$200.00+$77.00=$531.97.
