My father signed up for the SuperPass service back in 2004. He has been suffering from memory loss for quite a long time and most recently has undergone worsening Alzheimer's Disease. He has no recollection of ever signing up for the service nor what "RealPlayer" even is. In all likelihood, he signed up for a free trial in 2004 and he has been being billed 2x a month since then, totalling almost $2500 paid out over 10 years unknowingly.
