$8500.09. This is how much the company states I owe them or they will sue me for the amount. The details of this complaint are as follows:

Shaun Redwood, an alleged account manager for their legal collections department has sent me at least 100 letters demanding that I pay this amount. The letters started in 2006. Each time I call, this same person calls me a loser, an idiot, and tells me that if I paid my "f--ing bills" I wouldn't have to worry about him filing a law suit against me.

He states that my original equipment lease is null and void in the State of Colorado where I signed the original lease agreement because the laws apply to the State of Illinois.

Here's where it gets worse. According to Colorado Law, there is a 6 year statute of limitations on lease contracts. In the State of Illinois, there is a 4 year statute of limitations, and in New York, there is a 3 year statute of limitations.

Clearly this guy doesn't know anything about the law. What he does know how to do is get under your skin and agitate you to the point that your (mine) high blood pressure medicine no longer works and my stress medications (I take 2 daily) no longer work.

This guy is a heart attack or stroke waiting to happen. He is a living, breathing health hazard to me and I don't know how many others who have dealt with him. The NY City PD states this is a civil matter unless I am hospitalized by his actions. Fortunately this hasn't been the case yet.

I don't think Shaun Redwood is his real name. I have filed a report with Dunn & Bradstreet, the Better Business Bureau of New York, and my telephone company regarding his illegal communication. Somebody has to find this guy and stop him. He should be arrested and have the key thrown away. Anyone else have this much frustration with this guy???
