I paid and agent to fund my Perfect money account on the 6th of March 2014 which he did. i accessed my PM account and noticed it has been funded. the problem now is that i have been trying to buy stuffs online but the tell me my 2 accounts has been blocked. What have done wrong? what are their reasons for bloacking my 2 accounts?
