Same scenario as others I have read where she is dying from cancer and is donating all of her money to me as a beneficiary. She is working with Frank Crenshaw, so-called banker and a Robert someone as her attorney. She insisted I call her. I get regular emails and phone calls from both Frank and Robert wanting to know when I am going to pay another $3,000 for COT fees so I can go into her account and draw out the money she has for me. They have given me her bank information, which I doubt is for me to transfer the money to my bank account. I don't know for sure if there is such a bank. They have buttered this up pretty good for fraud. By checking on the Internet to see if they were fraudulent, I noticed both Rachel's name and Frank's name to be on the scammer list just in time before I gave them the last $3,000. People should be more careful as I was not very wise and have allowed myself to be a victim of their fraudulent activity. I feel they should all be sentenced and serve time for frauding the innocent and those who are too trusting like I have been.
