They a scam blood thirsty company, they over charge me for the month of January @2.18 per therm. February was the same and although I cancel in December it takes 2 buisiness cycle to break away from them. those 2 monthly cycle they rip you off, got a gas & Electric bill of $869.00 per month. They rip me off to the tune of $1800.00.

I am sorry to hear that about your issues. PALMco does not have any contracts or cancellation fees, and when a customer cancels, we notify the local utility immediately. Unfortunately it can take up to 60 days to take effect as it is dependent on the local utility company’s billing cycle.
