SENT ENVELOPE STATING I WON $ 1,140,000.00. LARRY HOURD ASKED ME TO SEND IN $ 11.89. HE ALSO ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. THIS IS A SCAM, AS YOU AREN'T ASKED FOR MONEY TO OBTAIN WINNINGS. MR. HOURD HAS MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST HIM, AND HE HAS TAKEN MORE MONEY FROM HIS VICTIMS ONCE HE HAS THEIR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. IT'S MY RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT, AS HE MADE ME A VICTIM BY SENDING ME THESE PAPERS FOR THR PURPOSE OF GETTING MONEY OUT OF ME.

- I was told that I had won 1,327,940.00 and if remit 12.99 I would receive it. I didn't know that this was a scam,everything looked official
