Banned! Banned! BrandsFever! Will never buy from them again. Had a really bad experience. I ordered an item from them on 27 mar'14 and the campaign end 30 mar'14. A week later, i called them to check on the delivery status. they said the item will be delivered within 21days as per T&C. However its stated on the web while i carting out the item: 'your order will be delivered within 8 working days after the campaign end'. F***k, wrong info and misled buyer. How can they have 2 different delivery info on the website??! Its really ridiculous. Please be aware and dont cheat by them. Their customer service team is also sucks, really unsatisfied with their service when i want to cancel the order as item did not deliver within 8days. But they are allowed as its been processed but NO delivery information. Really F**k-off!!!

    Please note we have forward your feedback to the management team.

    we aim but no guarantee to delivery within 1 to 3 weeks after the campaign date.

    Customer may encounter a delay in receiving their order due to unforeseen factors such as: overseas logistic issues, delay from our supplier or strike at the port, just to name a few examples.

    Once we have received customers’ orders, we will immediate dispatch them out of the warehouse after the orders have been vetted by our QC team.

    We appreciate your kind understanding and we will definitely improve on delivery and other areas.
