Every month my Electricity consumption unit is around 220 $ , this I am talking about for more than 2 year and my bill will be always around 40$ . However in Feb I got bill of Dec & Jan which is of 142$ . After looking at the bill I figured out that they have doubled the charge per unit . This was done without my approval and knowledge. I called them twice to explain this however wait time too high that my call was never answered.
