A Caucasian white female named Katie aged around twenties who claimed to be living in the neighborhood and tried to get people subscribed into at least 2 different magazines for a competition. The subscriptions are mostly 24,36 and 48 issues. It was told to pay both cash and checks with check payable to "International Communication Concepts". Noticed it was a scam and therefore filing a complaint and let people know about it.
