They took £29.99 out of my account that I didn't agree to as I repeatedly asked them if they were brokers and they said no they were the lenders after filling application over the phone the person then passed me over to another person he was on about a fee I said to him that the other person said you wasn't a broker so why do you need a fee off me. He then put me on hold then the line went dead next thing I knew they had taken money out of my account. Please be aware everyone
