Stupidly paid £250.00 to see if entitled to PPI was told after many months and form filling that I wasn't . After sending a letter explaining why I want my money back and filling the necessary paper work in, have been waiting since September 2013 for my refund but to no evail. I think they only like to talk to you when they want your money certainly not when they have to pay it back. Please please please do not go with this company go to your bank instead
