After calling and getting information about rent to own homes, the process they explained on the phone was very easy, little did I know since this is my first time using any service, my mistake, once I gave them the payment, and logged onto the website is where things started going downhill fast. I was originally explained that the process was very easy, and was made that way to facilitate homeowners on the verge of foreclosure, to save their credit score and their contact information would be on the listings which were not, so I called for clarification and then what it turned out to be was that there was letter templates that had to be filled out and then mailed out, completely different process than what was explained, and they gave me the run around when explaining the process where there was no single answer, each time was a different way on how to do their process. I called to get a refund, the next day, I purchased on 4/14/2014 and literally the next day 4/15/2014 I called as soon as their customer service was opened, the funds were still on hold, they had not been taken out of my account so I thought that it would be no problem at all since I was told that I had 90 days to ask for a no question refund which also turned out the be false. The first time I called I was 10th in line and after about 15 minutes later, I finally got to someone, they asked for my name on the account and whatnot, I gave it to him, told him I wanted a refund and I the phone got cut off, I called again, just to make sure that it wasn't my end, which it can happened, and this time I was 7th in line, 10 minutes later I got a different person and got the same result, got to a representative and asked for a refund and the phone cut off, this time I around I know it wasn't me it was them. I did a brief research on them online and then I saw that I was not alone with this problem that others had the same trouble, it was like pulling teeth to get anything out of them. After the 5th attempt and over an hour wasted I was getting frustrated, and was losing hope and felt completely taken advantage of, I finally was able to get in contact with a someone, and he was very rude, saying that the rep that assisted me with my sale initially was there for a really long time and there was no way that he could say wrong, I hadn't even mentioned the original rep, so I asked if he knew so well who it was,to tell me their ID number as they all have ID numbers, he failed to do so, and became extremely offensive, I asked to speak with a manager, and was told that it would not make a difference, when he said that I knew that he would talk to the manager himself and tell him a bunch of lies, all to prevent getting my money back. The manager got on the phone and told me that there would be no refund until after 90 days of the service, but I initially was told before 90 days, the calls are not recorded and so I was at a difficult point, where he could be telling me a bunch of lies, and I do wait the 90 days only to be told that I was supposed to do it before 90 days, it became a whole difficult process, I am currently on the process to getting my money back through any means necessary, this company is the worst, and would do anything to not give their customers their money back, do not understand how this company is still in business, I looked them up in the BBB and they have an F they go by different names, and looked them up as well and each one got an F as well. I am very unhappy about this whole situation.
