Ordered online a sample for $4.95, there were no instructions that came in the envelop or bill of sale. No way to contact company until the charge hit my Discovercard statement. Had I known I would have cancelled the order but there was nothing to inform me of anything. I have refused delivery and will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the bill.
