I agreed to pay $4.95 shipping for a FREE TRIAL of the BioGeniste product. I later discovered a charge on my credit card for $95.71 which I did not authorize. I told the customer service rep I had absolutely no documentation to reflect an agreement to pay for this FREE trial. She was rude, told me I had not notified them within a 14-day period, and then hung up on me. I do not suggest doing business with this company - they obviously are trying to scam folks with a FREE TRIAL offer but then charge you later.
