Bought a trial version of this skin cream March 10th at a promotional price; only had to pay $4.33CDN for shipping (as the promotion stated). Just open my credit card bill and this company has charged me $101.42CDN on march 28th. I called the company directly and told them I did not sign up for any more shipments and did not authorize this charge. The lady I spoke with was very unhelpful and informed me that by purchasing a trial version I had given permission to sign up for their monthly service and automatically be billed and shipped their product on a monthly basis. I had to ask about 10 times so speak to a supervisor and the lady was very reluctant to let me speak to one. I eventually had to yell at her. After waiting on hold she informed me she couldn't reach one and now I am waiting for a call back. If you go to their website at the very bottom left if you click terms and conditions you can see the trail terms and cond. we apparently agreed too. I reached the company at 1 888 447 6613. I am going to continue to call back until I get my money back. So furious!
