Paid my monthly premium through Cricket. Lost my phone. Called and obtained a claim number. They agreed not to process a claim until I checked lost and found. I recovered my phone the next day and canceled the claim. Went to reactivate my phone and found eSecuritel had "killed" it. They admit the claim was canceled and not paid but refuse to "unkill" my phone. A very effective scam through Cricket who simply state they have nothing to do with eSecuritel.
