Like others I ordered Garcinia Cambogia Plus from their website. They had a statement saying it was the last day for their free trial bottle. I kind of thought that part was false but I figured, give it a try. The free trial period is, according to their customer service, 18 days from the time you receive the bottle. If not happy ship back the remaining pills for refund. I kept the whole bottle figuring the cost of $35 was worth the hassle of shipping it back. I was a little shocked when I found our discover card was charged $79.95. I thought there would be another bottle coming, but 13 days after charge,no bottle. I called the company today and was told that when I ordered on line and checked the "I Accept" box I agreed to their terms. (FINE PRINT). Anyway after arguing with customer service and finding out that there was no other bottle coming, I was kind of mad. I told her, who in their right mind would pay $80 for a bottle of pills. That would be about $1.30 a pill. Outrages!!!
She finally said that she would refund me my money (never said how much). I told her that this was not a way to keep customers happy, ripping them off like they do.
After that phone conversation, I called my credit card company and explained the situation. They said to give a waiting period of 15 days, a law, for things to clear. If not happy with refund, give the credit card company a call back and they would help me out.
