Complaint Description:
I am contacting you because I signed up for Toco Vechicle Contract Auto Warranty plan and my vehicle broke down. Toco had the vehicle towed to one of I am contacting you because I signed up for Toco Vechicle Contract Auto Warranty plan and my vehicle broke down. Toco had the vehicle towed to one of their state licensed repair facility. I was told to submit my receipts showing that I kept my car maintenance up to date and had the oil changed which I did . at first they told me to send them three months of oil change receipts in which I did. Once they got that they wanted more so I send them the receipts showing that I kept my vehicle maintenance up , Now they tell me that they cant repair my vehicle. I feel that this company misleads people. My repair work only cost 1200 dollars and with the payments that they will get from me monthly plus all the other clients payments they receives monthly they could have easily covered this. I am very sad and disappointed in the services I received from these people and i think they are a big rip off. Before this happened i refereed two people to them but now I told them not to pay who in the world can keep all of them receipts for repair work lucky I always take my car to the same facility or I would have been in trouble. I felt that I did what all they asked me to do. They tell you good stuff on the phone but it dont happened. I been with out my car for two weeks, I was told I could get a rental car that never happened. Only good thing they did honor was by having my car towed to their facility. They are going to lose a lot of customers with this deceiving practise. even if they would have paid half of the bill I would have been pleased with that

honor their contract if they knew it would be a problem hey shouldnt had me to mail all of the info. even the car repair people was shocked
