This company steal money from my account. Today when i checked on cash machine how much money i have in my account i saw the missing of this amount. When i called to hsbc, they explain me, that they can't solve my problem. The girl on the phone told me for this company credit maze (loan institution), but i hear their name for first time. It's illegal, because i did not recognize them and i did not give them authority to take money from my account. And i did not sign any documents or agreements with them. Can you help me?
