I faxed them my paper work 8 times. The fee they charge is to file the paperwork. I started this process in February.. by April they said they still haven't received it. I was told I wouldn't get a refund. Why am I charged for a service I am not receiving? So I canceled was reassured they wouldn't take anymore MPEG out.. no.more fees, etc.. I GOT CHARGED AGAIN. I am going to pursue legal action against the company.
