I ordered a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia online from the NEU website. The order that I was confirming and read was I would only be charged the $5.95 shipping/handling fee for a 30 day trial bottle.
Unbenounced to me, I was signed up into a MONTHLY charge of $90 and only had 12 days to cancel, not 30. I was NOT informed that I was in a monthly charge and on top of that, my 30 day guarantee is apparently not eligible. I've called and spoke with 2 different call center employees that said the best they could do was offer me a 75% refund that will supposedly show up to my account in roughly 5-7 business days. One call center agent was very unwilling to talk to me, and the other hung up on me.
I was not only scammed into crap monthly payments, but on top of that, they didn't hold up their offer of a 30 day MONEY BACK guarantee AND I only got 12 days to "cancel" this offer of a 30 day trial. NOT 30 days.

- Same here. I even got a snap from a friend (I thought) advertising this free offer. Easy to fall into scam. AVOID.
