As has happened to many others over the last few years, as illustrated by the previous complaints, I was also victimized by this company. I did a Google search on immigration forms and clicked the first link that came up, which was this site. They charged me $159.00 for the I-90 form, which is free on the USCIS site but I did not realize it until it was too late.
I followed through on the additional charge of e-filing the application, which matched the cost stated by the USCIS website (I later discovered), still believing this to be the official site. I will check with the USCIS site over the next 72 hours (the maximum time the site says it should take to process the claim) with my received claim number, but it is not registering just yet. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, as recommended by the USCIS website.
Someone needs to stop allowing this site to go on scamming people of hundreds of dollars! It's already been going on for at least 3 years...enough is enough...

It just happened to me, it's horrible!!!!
What should I do now?, I cancel the service and they said they'll refund me within 2-3 days and I did call my bank already. My concern is if they really file my online application or not?, I was on hold for 2 hours to be able to talk to USCIS customer service, I manage to write my receipt number but the USCIS agent told me I have to wait now within 48 hours, I'm so stress out, don't want to lose my job because of my green card expired... -
