When I told company I wanted to return product, I was told to keep using for about a month and then return if not satisfied. I called back in two weeks after I had received another order. The rep told me I could not get a refund on the order I had previously called about because a refund is given only on last order AND I could not get a refund on one of the items because the company had sold it to me at a discount and by the time I pay the restocking fee and the shipping, I would not get anything. I sent both items back marked refused and reported the occurrence to my credit card, which is investigating. If necessary, I will report the matter to others.
