I signed up for a the .99 trial. A person called me stating they were from RentToOwn and there would be people sending me emails with house listings from sellers in the area I am looking for a home as soon as I sign up. After a week and no emails, and the search engine they used was the same thing I could do on Google for free, I cancelled. The next month they took 49.60 out of my account and I called them asking for my money back as I had no need for their services and was told no refunds. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she comes back to me in a minute or two telling me her supervisor said she was busy and did not have time to talk to me. When I started telling them what a fraud they were and how I was going to report them and the supervisor could either talk to me or my attorney I was informed that she had been given permission to give me a refund. Yet they only gave me $44.00 back so I am still going to let everybody know I can what a fraud these people are. If you have singed up with these people I advise you to call your card company and do what ever you need to stop them. May even have to cancel your card and get a new card, that is what I had to do to make sure they did not get any more money.
