Received a damaged package left at my door step. Now they dont even respond properly. The item inside the package is also crushed. When I called the customer care, they are not responsible and I had to go to a local store and talk to the manager. They just took the tracking number and package details and never got back to me. They were supposed to call me with in 3 days. It has been 2 weeks, nothing and when I call them, they dont respond properly. One guy says still looking for details and another says theres nothing much they can do.
