Sent for free sample £2 99 taken of my credit card on 25th May i then find £89 is taken off my card on 9th June second jar of cream arrives on 26th of June and £95 95 is taken off credit card on 25th June.i reported this to credit card company on 30th of June.i am awaiting a form from them couldnt beleive how much complaints there is about this company very annoyed OAP

- they have done the same to me.first one came through in may then again two more jars came through in june and another two payments taken.the only thing I agreed to pay was the £4.99 postage for free sample offered.the worse thing about this is that they haven't taken this from a card of mine they have taken it from my friends account as she used her card to pay the postage.surely they must have seen that this card was not in my name yet they did nothing to check if she was ok with this.have you managed to get your money back if so how help.hayley
