I placed an order with Sammy Dress. After I received my package I decided to return the items for they were the wrong sizes. I called customer service for USA and was told to place order number in package and send back. I wasn't given the address to return back to. I looked everywhere on the website for it. I called several times since and the call wouldn't go through. One time my call was answered and then I was hung up on while explaining my issue. I have filed a complaint with them. This has never happened to me before. I will fight to resolve this issue and get my return and refund back to paypal processed.
