My name is Cheryl Hardy and I sent $ 20.00 for some money they said I have won and then I received a letter stating that I have won a large sum of money and to sign the paper and send it back before the 14 days are up,so I sent it back on 7/1/2014 and as of this date I have not received anything.Why is this kind of stuff allowed if they don't plan on paying anything. If I am mistaking then please send me my winning money asap.I am sorry for the mistake.
