This is incorrect information; the home was built in the early 1940's, not 1969. The remainder of the information can be gathered from census records. As far as comparable sales--I do not care about comparable property sales a 3-hour-drive from the residence (Albuquerque is NOT 50 miles from Tucumcari; it's almost 200 miles away).
They advertised information about liabilities against the property. I know that utility bills are owed to the city. The owner died in December and the estate was only settled last week. None of that is listed. This is a scam. I alerted my credit card company.
