I ordered a trial bottle for $4.95. I got my credit card statement and Pathos Skin Co. had charged my account with an additional $89.10 which I didn't authorize. There was no terms of agreement for me to check. I called the co. to ask why they charged my account. They told me I had checked the terms of agreement. I went to the web site. I didn't even know anything about the website until I called and got it from the number from my statement.
There was a terms of agreement to be signed, but I had never seen that website before. They offered to send me another bottle. I said ok, because I thought I might as well. Then I found this scam book.com. Who in their right mind would order a one ounce bottle of anything for $90.00. Originally, there was no terms of agreement to sign. I don't know how they did that. My husband had emergency open heart surgery one week ago. I have other things to worry about. I will call them back tomorrow and tell them not to bother sending me anything. Why would they offer to send me a second bottle. Please help.
