I received a letter saying I had won $1,737,000.00. All I had to do was mail back the Treasury Certificate along with $25.00 report fee. I spoke with person at postal service and they told me you never pay money to get money. Plus the letter was to be mailed to the Netherlands. Sounds fishy to me. I believe this is a scam. Beware!
