After that he didn’t contact many days. Then this company send me tools. Mr Alen said that he sorry about his late reply, he was out on business, he really sorry about what he told me. I should contact his service department colleague Mary, he will help us very well and trust them. I contact with Mary But he also said that I should wait them. I wait them many days and he also couldn’t solve my problem. I send you some documents. If something is needed please asked me I’ll send you. Please help me and solve my problem.
