I gave them $400 dollars to book an all inclusive vacation to Cancun Hawaii or Jamaica, they told me I would get something in the mail, never did, tried to book 45 days before we wanted to go, they told me I needed to pay an additional,$350.00 booking fee, which was never stated up front and could not get my money back and Jamaica, Hawaii and Cancun was not available I called back they kept hanging the phone up, very rude and nasty . They put me on hold or something no one ever picked up again. This is crazy. Have not been able to get in touch with anyone else. I have never known a travel agency to act this way. I do not trust giving them another dime even no one has answered since.
