I received a threatening and hostile phone call insisting that I owed money for a vacation package that I "purchased" and never used. In fact, the vacation package in question was one that I "won" several years ago, but never had a chance to use. My experience was very similar to a previous complaint, only I refused to pay the money. The hard core, strong arm, scare tactics freaked me out and tipped me off that something might be wrong so I ended the conversation and immediately started doing research. It appears as though this company is counting on the fact that they can scare people into paying. If anyone else has information about this please inform!
